Hire centres on two similarly sized spaces on connected levels: the Ballroom, 380 sqm with natural daylight, and the Old Billiard Room with its Annex on the lower ground floor, plus a Salon, Parlour, Victoria room, library and smaller meeting rooms for registration, breakouts or dining. The Ballroom holds up to 700 guests, with 500 theatre and 450 banquet; the Old Billiard Room takes up to 350 theatre and 240 banquet.
