Grade II-listed Camden theatre for hire, 1,500 standing
KOKO is a Grade II-listed theatre on Camden High Street, opposite Mornington Crescent station, which first opened in 1901 and reopened in 2022 after restoration. Exclusive hire covers the main auditorium, six private balconies, a roof terrace, the Secret Club, five bars, dressing rooms and a green room, usually from 10am to 1am. The room takes 1,500 standing for a reception, 250 theatre-style, 180 for a gala with round tables and 148 on long trestles, with 150 standing on the roof terrace and 80 in the Secret Club. The hire fee includes an event manager, venue and technical managers, stage and sound technicians, a lighting technician and an on-site medic. It suits launches, conferences, awards, receptions, parties and filming.
