The Brewery is a dedicated events venue in the City of London, occupying the Grade II listed buildings of an 18th-century Whitbread brewery on Chiswell Street, a short walk from Moorgate and Barbican. Seven named spaces can be hired individually or combined, including the Porter Tun, King George III, Queen Charlotte, Sugar Rooms, Smeaton Vaults, James Watt and the Grubstreet Cellars, plus a courtyard used for summer marquees. The Porter Tun is the largest room at 774 sqm, seating 900 theatre-style, 720 for dinner and holding 900 for receptions; full-venue events run to 1600 guests. It suits conferences, awards dinners, exhibitions, weddings, product launches and Christmas parties, with in-house catering, Wi-Fi and an in-house AV team.
