Encode Hub’s ground floor event space is a versatile and welcoming venue in Shoreditch, designed for talks, panels, workshops, networking events, launch parties, and evening drinks receptions. With a capacity of 50 seated or up to 80 standing, the flexible layout adapts easily to suit both structured daytime sessions and relaxed evening socials. The space is fully equipped with an 85-inch TV, two screens, two microphones, and a Sonos sound system, ensuring a seamless experience for presentations, panel discussions, and interactive workshops. Adjustable Philips Hue lighting lets the atmosphere shift effortlessly from a professional daytime setting to a lively evening event, while ticket scanning ensures smooth guest entry. Seating options include high chairs for panels, sofas, armchairs, and movable seating, giving organisers full flexibility over the room layout. An on-site bar features beer and wine taps, drinks fridges, and a Quooker tap, with cocktails and bespoke drink packages available on request. In-house catering covers pizzas from £5 per head, with canapés and bespoke menus also available to suit the occasion.
