Three Unique & Modular Levels Each of the three levels within THE HEATH² offers a distinct environment and can function independently or cohesively for multi-set productions or multi-purpose events: The Ground Floor features a contemporary concrete finish and includes a seamless infinity wall adjoining a fully equipped kitchen. The First Floor, known as the Daylight Studio, is one of the brightest spaces in East London. It is flooded with natural light from a large skylight, ideal for capturing striking visuals and immersive experiences. The wooden surface is light grey painted. Overlooking the main studio, the Mezzanine serves versatile purposes. It is often used for beauty, styling, or as a green room but can easily be transformed into a private viewing deck, elevated set, or additional compact studio. Integrated Amenities & Production Capabilities: THE HEATH² is fully equipped to support demanding creative and event workflows. All areas are modular and benefit from high-power electricity outlets (including 32 and 63 amp on ground and first floors). Theatre-style blinds provide blackout capabilities on both levels when needed. The venue boasts a quality Bang & Olufsen sound system. High-speed fibre Wi-Fi (500mb/500mb) is available throughout, and the space is noted as sound recording friendly. A dedicated full-service photo production team is also available. Catering & Drink Services While THE HEATH² does not hold its own alcohol license, catering services with menus are available upon request on weekdays (at an additional cost). A convenient Bar Option is offered at £11 per person (excluding VAT). An all-day supply of drinks is also provided, including filtered coffee, Nespresso, various teas, different milk options (almond, oat, normal), and a selection of soft drinks with disposable cups included. Alcohol is allowed, but must be handled through professional caterers who manage the necessary licensing depending on the event type. BYO alcohol is also permitted under the condition it is managed correctly. It is easily accessible via public transport, being a short walk from Hackney Wick Overground Station. Parking includes 1 parking space included with the hire fee, with extra parking available at cost. Access to the ground floor is step-free via a ramp, suitable for trolleys and goods, while the first floor and mezzanine are accessible by stairs only.
